SNRE Water, Society, Policy MS student wins CAP award for water research

Ling-Yee Huang, a graduate student in Science in Water, Society, and Policy has received the first-place 2015 CAP Award for Water Research for her research, "A Framework for Indirect Potable Reuse." CAP's announcement praised the timely nature of Huang's research, as " many Arizona communities evaluate the potential for reusing treated wastewater as a future drinking water supply."The award "recognizes excellence in graduate or undergraduate student research addressing water issues facing the lower basin states" and comes with a $1000 prize.
