Academic Program Areas
SNRE offers Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Natural Resources, and a Master of Science degree in Water, Society & Policy. Students in Natural Resources are interested in conserving and managing biological and environmental resources. Students in Water, Society and Policy are interested in water as a resource, the science and policies governing water, and their relevance to the management of water from regional to global scales. Our curriculum prepares you for a career with any number of agencies and organizations. SNRE offers the advantages of a large research university while providing a more intimate setting for you to explore working with natural resources and applying science to real world conservation.
