Where

Mark Widerschein is a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, based in Washington D.C. He primarily works on water law matters across the western United States for a variety of federal agencies, as well as general environmental litigation on behalf of the National Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation, and Department of Energy. He currently represents the United States in general stream adjudications in Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, and Montana, including Arizona’s Gila River and Little Colorado River adjudications.
