Change your major, minor or certificate

We are excited you want to pursue a major, minor or certificate in the School of Natural Resources! Current University of Arizona students should follow the steps below to get started.

Incoming University of Arizona students who haven't completed new student orientation should contact our recruitment team (cales-recruitment@arizona.edu).

How to change your major or minor

  1. Schedule an advising appointment to review the degree requirements:
    1. Last names A–L: schedule an appointment with Katelyn Loomis.
    2. Last names M–Z: schedule an appointment with Amanda Flexas-Williamson.
  2. After you confirm your interest, the advisor will submit the change of program form for you.
  3. The change should reflect in UAccess Student Center within 48 business hours.

How to add a certificate

  1. Schedule an advising appointment to review the certificate requirements:
    1. Last names A–L: schedule an appointment with Katelyn Loomis.
    2. Last names M–Z: schedule an appointment with Amanda Flexas-Williamson.
  2. Review and sign the certificate application (provided by the advisor).
  3. The advisor will submit your signed certificate application to be processed.
