Research
Investigation of the eco-physiological role of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in communication between plants, soil, and the atmosphere. My research focuses on the direct quantification of VOCs emitted from both the above-ground and below-ground components of the Sorghum plant. Additionally, the study aims to determine how changes in the microbiome affect the phenotype of plant roots and the phyllosphere at different stages of sorghum growth.
