Friday, December 18, 2015

Dr. Donald Falk was interviewed by AZ Public Media regarding the impact of the Paris climate accord. Dr. Falk was present for the second week of the climate conference, and emphasized that, while not perfect, the fact that nearly 200 nations met and agreed to "come together around the issue of climate change" is a major first step and an incredible moment in history. Dr. Falk also spoke about the wide-ranging affects of climate change, which impacts many other facets of everyday life, such as "gender issues, poverty, and hunger."
