Stefanie Herrmann?s Publication Named Best Paper of 2014 in Ecology and Society.

SNRE Associate Research Scientist Stefanie Herrmann?s paper along with Arid Lands Resource Sciences graduate student Ibrahima Sall?s paper has received the Best Paper of Ecology and Society Award of 2014 (the selection is a result of the votes from the editorial board of the journal). The award was made based upon it being the most novel paper published in 2014 in Ecology and Society that integrates different streams of science to assess fundamental questions in the ecological, political, and social foundations for sustainable social-ecological systems. Stefanie currently holds a position with ECE working with Kamel Didan.
