BBC report on border wall impact on Sonoran Pronghorn

SNRE graduate students Stephanie Doerries and Andrew Antaya were joined by BBC reporter Victoria Gill for a recent story on the effects of President Trump's proposed border wall on the endangered Sonoran Proghorn which range throughout the Sonoran Desert on both sides of the border. 

In addition to spotting and observing the elusive Sonoran Pronghorn in their habitat on the U.S. side of the border in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, Doerries, Antaya, and their advisor Dr. Dave Christianson brought Gill to the Pinacate Reserve, where they met with one of their scientific collaborators. According to Dr. Christianson, a border wall that would cut through the Pronghorn's territory would negatively impact the species, preventing them from being able to range across the border as they do currently.
