Marlana Hinkley
Marlana has an educational and career background in environmental engineering. She served three years as a Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) volunteer with the Peace Corps in Panama and five years with the Indian Health Service managing public water and sanitation projects for the San Carlos Apache Tribe in eastern Arizona. Through her career in public service, Marlana has become interested in finding ways of closing the water and environmental policy gaps to promote the long-term sustainability of water resources infrastructure for underserved communities. She currently works as the Stakeholder & Partner Engagement subteam lead for the Arizona Tri-University Recharge and Water Reliability Project in the Arizona Institute for Resilience.
