My most frequent research topics include management of bird and large mammal populations, taxonomy, Mexican wolf recovery, identifying and conserving migration corridors, historical connections to wildlife, and sustainable conservation through use.
Teaching
Provided training to state & federal agency employees throughout 25+ year career as a regional biologist and wildlife science coordinator for AZ Game & Fish Department. As adjunct professor & research scientist, I have guest lectured most semesters.
