Research

My focus is on survival, space use, fecundity, and diet of caracals, particularly as it relates to species diversity and top down ecosystem regulation. I work with Namibian farmers and conduct research on Namibian?s perceptions of carnivores.

Teaching

I teach Mammalogy at the University of Arizona. In addition, I collaboratively develop outreach and education programs for K-12 students focused on carnivores.
